Nor Environmental will act as a consultant, offering solutions for particular equipment problems, we will train and coordinate ongoing training programs to assist in protecting employees that are or could potentially be caught in the middle or directly targeted by these types of weapons (used either by terrorists or local militaries).

Mr. Louis Brown, founder and CEO of Nor Environmental has put together a staff of the finest Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Defense (NBCD) specialists (both English and French) having worked directly in training and operations related to NBCD.

Mr. Brown has 19 years of direct and relative national and international experience in the Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical (NBC) Warfare and Defense field. He has designed training, developed and implemented new and more effective procedures, policies, and defensive equipment (as A3 NBC within Fighter Group Headquarters) during the Canadian Air Forces revamping of NBCD .

Threat of Chemical and Biological Use Overview

It is important to realize that in the last decade there have been many changes in the world military structure, with this has come the introduction of more effective, cheaper, and deadlier weapons systems for small and large terrorist and territorial military groups.

For years it was thought that weapons of mass destruction were too extreme for most small militaries and terrorist groups. This view changed with the use of " home made nerve agents " in Japan, and through their use in the Middle East conflicts between Iran and Iraq and others. Today's domestic terrorist and other revolutionary and nationalistic forces have opened the door to the use of such viscous and deadly weapons on local, regional, and even national levels. Also included in this is the terrorist use of " radioactive sources ," stolen or bought to induce fear into local and regional governments.
